Yachad creates social, vocational, and educational opportunities that enrich the lives of Jewish individuals with disabilities and their families, foster belonging, and deepen their connection to Judaism. From education and employment to friendships, summer experiences, and year-round community programs, Yachad helps make belonging part of everyday life at every stage.

South Florida Yachad serves individuals with disabilities from North Miami, Hollywood, Boca Raton, and surrounding areas. Our programming includes dedicated junior and teen/adult programs, all-boys learning programs, all-girls weeknight programs, single-gender and coed Shabbatons, and community and school functions that bring Yachad members together with their peers. These experiences help participants build friendships, develop confidence and independence, and take an active role in community life. Families find connection and support, while advisors and volunteers build genuine relationships and see the difference their involvement makes.
