Here at IVDU Five Towns, we are so much more than a school. While striving to bring the best of academic, clinical, and extra-curricular opportunities to our students, the learning is infused with warmth in a caring atmosphere that allows for continuous academic and social growth. It is the support of our wonderful parent body and the extended circle of friends of IVDU 5Towns, that sustain fundraising efforts like Giving Day and allow us to continue these splendid opportunities. 

This year we will be using the funds raised in some remarkable ways. We will be working on providing equine therapy/therapeutic riding as well as agricultural therapy. Both animal and agricultural therapy are shown to help with enhancing self-esteem, empathy, and compassion while building social skills.
