Now in its 18th year, the OU’s Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus (OU-JLIC) works to advance the Torah education and commitment of Orthodox students at 23 secular universities. OU-JLIC educators provide a spiritual home for Jewish students from all backgrounds.

A few highlights of the 2016-2017 school year included:

·2,509 students participated regularly in social and learning programming, which include: Lunch n Learns, Women’s Rosh Chodesh events, BBQ’s, Holiday related events, Paint Night, Sports events, Onegs and Tischim

·4,460 students participated at least once during the Spring semester in OU-JLIC events and learning opportunities.

·2,081 students received personal and/or halachic counsel

·2,326 students were hosted for Shabbat or Holiday meals at an educator's home

·2,534 students had a significant relationship with an OU-JLIC educator
