Partners like you have enabled us to continue our incredible work and create new programs for our amazing teens. Over the past year, we’ve hosted hundreds of online and outdoor programs throughout the Atlantic Seaboard. In Cherry Hill, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Greater Washington, Northern Virginia and Richmond - our staff adapted to the changes and the needs of the teens and created innovative programs to meet our teens where they were. JSU clubs and Latte and Learning were moved outside and many saw more teens than before COVID, and new Chavruta learning programs attracted teens looking for deeper learning and connection. Last summer, we hosted our first internship program with MyZuzah, and plan to do it again on an even bigger scale this summer.We’ve been able to send holiday themed packages to teens at their homes to inspire and involve their whole families. Our regional board has worked together with other regions to create virtual collaborative Lattes for teens to meet friends in other regions. We’re looking forward to sending 100’s of teens on NCSY summer programs and a new year of in-person programming. Between learning initiatives, Israel education, leadership opportunities and more, NCSY had a great year of programming and teen development.
