Minneapolis JSU & NCSY Giving Day 2021

Minneapolis JSU & NCSY Giving Day 2021

A Brighter Tomorrow Starts Today!

It’s been year of unprecedented challenges, especially for local teens. Covid-19 robbed of them of so many things, including fun, friends and even their connection to Judaism.

This Giving Day, Monday and Tuesday, June 21-22, please show our teens you care about them – and about the Jewish future. We’re aiming to raise $20,000 for Minneapolis Jewish teens. Please give generously. Every dollar will be doubled – so you’ll make double the impact no matter the size of your gift.

In addition, this year we are launching the “Bella Smith Memorial Fund,” which is a new scholarship fund that will help Minneapolis teens make their gap year in Israel a reality.

Bella Smith, of blessed memory, helped start the Minneapolis NCSY chapter over 20 years ago together with her husband Rabbi Meir Smith. Bella loved everything NCSY. She had a deep love for Torah and Judaism and got her greatest joy by sharing the beauty of our heritage with others. This new fund will help keep the legacy of Bella Smith alive for many generations to come.

You can direct your Day of Giving donation to this fund and perpetuate Bella's legacy.

All donations make a difference! Help give our teens a better tomorrow. Donate today!
